Deadline extension until May 16, 2023 is given to property owners in areas of Evrytania and Fthiotida to post their cadastral data.

The posting process takes place, for first time, fully digital, without the citizen’s obligation to appear in person at the Land Registry Office.

The owners, after updating their contact information, on the website www.ktimatologio.gr, can check and confirm or correct the registration of their property, thus avoiding legal proceedings that cost time, money and inconvenience.

Specifically they should see and check:

  • The description and legal information of their properties (Land Table)
  • The boundaries of their parcels of land (Cadastre Chart

If they agree with the Post, they do not need to take any further action. If they do not agree with any of the information, they can submit a correction request (until the corresponding expiry date), online at www.ktimatologio.gr, or at the Land Registry Office, by appointment.

Since the beginning of the Post are put in powery the wording of article 5 of Law 2308/1995 (relating to the drawing up of contracts, the discussion before a court and the registration of any act at the Mortgage Registry).
