“Severe thunderstorms and gusty winds,” the message says
A message from 112 warning of approaching dangerous weather phenomena was sent to the residents of Thessaloniki at 10:55 in the morning.
As the message states, strong storms and gusty winds are expected from noon. At the same time, it asks residents to limit their movements during the phenomena.

Snowfall will occur in the central and northern mountains.
The winds will blow from south directions 4 to 6, in the seas locally 7 and in the Aegean up to 8 Beaufort.
The temperature will drop slightly mainly in the west and the north where it will reach 15 to 17 degrees, in the rest of the regions 18 to 20 and locally in Crete and the islands of the southeast Aegean 21 degrees Celsius.

MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: Clouds with rain and storms, which will be strong from the morning hours in western Macedonia, from the noon hours in central Macedonia, from the afternoon in eastern Macedonia and gradually until the evening hours in Thrace. Snowfall will occur in the mountains. The phenomena in western Macedonia in the evening hours will weaken.
Winds: From the east 4 to 6 Beaufort and gradually from the south and will weaken.
Temperature: From 06 to 15 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia it will be 3 to 4 degrees lower.

EAST AEGEAN ISLANDS – DODECANISE
