Large cleaned shrimps, whole cherry tomatoes and strong anise aroma, with a light capsule of bucovo
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g of pasta (depending on the number of people)
Marinade:
- 10-12 large shrimp (or more)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2-1 lemon, its juice
- 1 tbsp ground anise
- For the pan:
- 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 dry onion
- 1-3 cloves of garlic
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes (or more)
- salt and freshly ground pepper
For serving:
- lemon zest
- Bukovo
- olive oil

How to make it:
- Marinate the cleaned shrimps with lemon olive oil and crushed anise, for 10′.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil until they wilt for about 7-8 minutes. Then add the cherry tomatoes and leave on medium to low heat to wilt, for about 10-15′. When they have softened enough, press them with a spoon to break and release their juice. Add salt and pepper and return the pan to the heat until the sauce is well caramelized, about another 5′.
- At this point we can add a little liquid from the spaghetti. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Add the shrimps and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add the spaghetti to the pan, mix well and serve.
- We can sprinkle with lemon zest and extra olive oil. Enjoy while it’s still warm!
