The Embassy of Mongolia in Greece lists the 34 countries that are exempt from the obligation to apply for an entry visa for a tourist visit
The Government of Mongolia announced the period 2023-2025 as the “Visit Mongolia Year” and it was decided that citizens of 34 countries will be exempted from applying for an entry visa if traveling as tourists for up to 30 days starting starting on January 4, 2023, until the end of 2025.
The Embassy of Mongolia in Greece lists the 34 countries that are exempt from the obligation to apply for an entry visa for a tourist visit:

6. Spain
7. Italy
8. Latvia
9. Lithuania
10. Liechtenstein
11. Luxembourg
12. Malta
13. Netherlands
14. Poland

20. Croatia
21. Czech Republic
22. Sweden
23. Estonia
24. Norway
25. Iceland

As stated in the same announcement, foreign citizens traveling to Mongolia for other purposes, for example, for business, study, work, and for a period of more than 30 days, must apply for an entry visa of the relevant category at the nearest diplomatic mission of Mongolia.
