Temporary prisoner was judged, after his apology to the 5th regular investigator of Thessaloniki, o 21 year old who was arrested for bloody fan episode with a 16-year-old victim, last Tuesday afternoon, in the area of ​​Evangelistria, in Thessaloniki.
The young defendant denied the charges as attributed to him, accepting the physical harm to the minor. As he allegedly apologized, he hit the victim because he made an obscene gesture and cursed at him.
According to his indictment, he is charged with aggravated assault, robbery (felonies), dangerous bodily harm, possession and use of objects capable of causing bodily harm under the Sports Law, illegal carrying and use of a weapon (misdemeanors).
The 21-year-old, originally from Albania, allegedly along with another person beat the 16-year-old by removing his jacket which had a team insignia. The victim of the fan attack was taken to hospital with facial fractures and leg injuries. Another person was attacked – during the same incident – when he tried to intervene with the “fire department”.
A few hours after the incident, strangers posted photos of the cardigan on TikTok, advertising it as “loot”.
