The incident began when, while extinguishing a fire in a mobile phone repair shop by the Fire Service, it was found that two people were moving on the roof of an adjacent building with their faces covered. The two men then tried to escape by parkouring.
Finally, after negotiations with the police, one of the perpetrators came down from the roof and was arrested, while the second tried unsuccessfully to escape on foot, but was stopped and arrested.
