@themothercook makes a burger with juicy zucchini, potato wedges covered in buttery myzithra and lots of herbs!!

So much mint and parsley that it almost makes it look green.

How to make it:

With the mandolin (for ease and uniformity), cut the vegetables into slices, in a large bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well with our hands.

We can leave the mixture covered in the refrigerator for a few hours or immediately put it in the pan and bake it. We have preheated the oven to 200°C and baked for about 2 hours.

When the first hour has passed, stir the food to break the crust that has formed. Serve immediately with some good bread and a cool country salad.
