The free passage is carried out in order to facilitate the movement of citizens to the parliamentary elections of 21 May 2023
Free, no tolls will be the passage of citizens on all the country’s highways in order to facilitate their movement to the parliamentary elections of May 21, 2023, as provided for by the decision of the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, responsible for Infrastructure, Mr. Giorgos Karagiannis.
Free transit will start at 00:00 on Saturday 20 May 2023 and will last until 08:00 on the morning of Monday 22 May 2023.
In particular, there will be toll-free crossings for Private Use passengers and two-wheeled vehicles (categories 1 and 2) on the frontal and side S.D. of all major highways in the country:
· Elefsina – Corinth – Patras – Patras Bypass Motorway, Corinth – Tripoli – Kalamata and Lefktro – Sparta Motorway,
· Rio – Antirrio Bridge,
· Ionia street
· PATHE highway section Metamorfosi – Skarfeia,
· Central Greece Motorway and PATHE section Scarfeia – Rahes, Rahes-Kleidi Motorway,
· Egnatia Street
· Attiki Odos
