Six people involved in the case of the private care facility for the elderly in Chania will sit on the bench of the Three-member Court of Criminal Appeals.
The Criminal Court of Chania accepted the prosecutor’s proposal to indict six key people involved in the case for a series of criminal acts.
Thus, the four already temporary prisoners will sit on the bench, namely the owner and co-owner and the two doctors of the structure, as well as two workers who, after their apology, had been released with restrictive conditions.

The will is subject to appeal in a period of 10 days and then, after another 10 days, the request for revocation.
The case files that have been filed for the case concern misdemeanors, felonies, illegal medical procedures, abduction of minors, seizure of assets, illegal performance of medical procedures.
