Circular for those exercising their right to vote for the first time, specifically for 17-year-olds and young people up to 20 years old, the Ministry of the Interior issued.
According to the circular “information and instructions for the conduct of the general parliamentary elections of 21 May 2023 within the Territory”, the regulations introduced after the codification of Presidential Decree 26/2012 are also included, all stages of the electoral process are described, the responsibilities and the actions of all contributors, while the statutory deadlines, within which the latter must act, are also mentioned.
In the elections of 21 May 2023, around 430,000 young people aged between 17 and 21 will vote for the first time.
On Sunday 21 May, polls will open at 7am and close at 7pm.
