The action, organized by the Development Organization of the municipality of Piraeus “PIRAIAS SYN”, will give the event visitors the opportunity to take electric bikes and tour the neighborhoods of the city as well as its attractions.
From tomorrow, Wednesday, the free electric bike rides to the sights and neighborhoods of Piraeus, which will take place as part of the “Sea Days 2023”, begin.
The action, organized by the Development Organization of the municipality of Piraeus “PIRAIAS SYN”, will give the event visitors the opportunity to take electric bikes and tour the neighborhoods of the city as well as its attractions.
It is noted that the free rides will take place every day, until Sunday, June 4, while in this special action entitled “Explore Piraeus by bike”, those interested can pick up the electric bikes from Korai Square, from 10 am, while they must be delivered by 9pm.
Specifically, those interested should follow the following steps:
They can download the BIKESHARING application, select the municipality of Piraeus as the network area and register for the service or log in if they have an account.
Then, after they scan the QR Code located on the bike’s electronic lock, the bike is ready for use.
To return the bike, after parking the bike at the place from where it was picked up, in Korai Square, they simply lock the lock manually to complete the pick-up.
