They were arrested yesterday afternoon, Monday, June 12, 2023, in Athens and Byron, by police officers of the Narcotics Prosecution Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate, 4 people and a case file was filed against them for – as the case may be – violations of the legislation on addictive substances and weapons and for violence against officials and judicial persons.

In particular, in the context of arrest action drug traffickers and after using information regarding the action of the defendants in the trafficking of narcotics (raw cannabis through the method of hydroponic cultivation -SKUNK- and cocaine) in the wider area of ​​Attica, through analysis and cross-referencing of informational data and other investigative methods, it was possible to identify them and the verification of their action.

What did the investigations find?

In searches carried out in the possession of the defendants and in a house, a total of the following were found and confiscated:

  • 46 kg and 810 g of raw hemp through the method of hydroponic cultivation (SKUNK),
  • 382 grams of cocaine,
  • 3 precision electronic scales,
  • materials for the formulation of narcotic substances (aeration and reformulation device, wrapping roll, a number of nylon packages),
  • revolver and air pistol,
  • iron fist, folding knife and dagger
  • car and motorcycle
  • 520 euros and
  • 6 mobile phones.

Those arrested with the case file filed against them are taken to the competent prosecuting authority.
