Before the prosecutor in Kos the 32-year-old man from Bangladesh is expected to be brought before noon, in order to be charged with the new additional criminal charge, for intentional homicide, regarding the death of the 27-year-old woman from Poland.

One of the key elements that “tied” the arrest and the criminal prosecution of the 32-year-old is a new video which records him and 27-year-old Anastasia leaving the house before the murder, and after two hours the accused returns to pick up some bags and return to his house at 4 in the morning.

According to ERT, after the forensic examination it appears that the DNA of the unfortunate 27-year-old was identified, while the results of the histological tests that will be included in the case file are also awaited.

It is recalled that this was also supported in his testimony by the roommate of the 32-year-old, that is, that the alleged perpetrator and the 27-year-old left the house and the crime did not take place inside the house of the 32-year-old from Bangladesh but outside and probably at the place where he was found the body of the unfortunate girl.

What the 32-year-old claimed

The 32-year-old Bangladeshi who remains the number one suspect in the crime, insists on denying the robbery charge against him, while reportedly confirming the meeting he had with 27-year-old Anastasia at his home, saying: “We had a few beers and left. I left her at the point where she informed her friend by text from her mobile phone and told him ‘come and get me’. I didn’t have sexual intercourse with her.”

Speaking to ERT, the 27-year-old’s father says that there is involvement of other people in the murder of his child. As he stated: “There was not one perpetrator, there were more. The Bangladeshi man is the main culprit but there was also someone else who helped transport the body. Someone helped him carry the body from one place to another.”
