Fortunately, a 7-year-old boy who tried to enter the courtyard to play was slightly injured by a fall, when the bars of a closed Primary School in Almyros gave way. A preliminary police investigation is ongoing and is investigating all aspects of the case.
It all happened on Thursday afternoon in Almyros, when the little boy tried to enter the closed school to play, climbing the bars to get over. At that moment, the railings gave way, causing the child to fall headfirst onto the ground and sustain minor injuries, fortunately.
Neighbors who realized what had happened went to the scene and took the child to the Almyros Health Center. Afterwards, the 7-year-old was taken to the Volos Hospital, where he was offered first aid, the head wound was sutured and then tests were carried out, from which it emerged that he had not been seriously injured.
