It is being completed on Monday, July 3, 2023, the application process for participation in the employee skills upgrading program “I’m Going Ahead.”

The application is submitted exclusively online on the voucher.gov.gr website through the link “Register in the Register of Beneficiary Employees for training” with the TAXISnet codes.

The action enables 150,000 salaried workers in the private sector to acquire or upgrade their digital and green skills and is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU amounting to 155 million euros.

The trainees
attend an 80-hour theoretical training program and then participate in examinations by independent certification bodies. Each employee who completes the program of their choice and successfully participates in the certification exams receives a training allowance of 5 euros per hour of training, i.e. a total of 400 euros.

In cooperation with the Universities’ Training and Lifelong Learning Centers (LLLCs), licensed Lifelong Learning Centers (LLLCs) and international technology giants, DYPA offers employees a large list of individual training programs from which they can choose, depending on the their educational and professional profile.

For example, the options include from basic digital office tools, programs for social media marketing and e-shop management, to more highly specialized items such as data analytics, artificial intelligence applications, logistics and adoption of digital technologies in the agricultural sector.

It is noted that the deadline for starting employee training programs ends on July 31, 2023, while the deadline for completing the action ends on September 15, 2023.
