All the accused – 12 PAOK fans – requested to be declared guilty by the prosecutor of the Mixed Jury Court of Thessaloniki
On Thursday, July 6, the verdict of the trial for the murder of Alkis Kampanos will be issued by the Mixed Jury Court of Thessaloniki, before which the much-lauded case has been tried for five months.
In the defendant’s dock sit 12 PAOK fans who are on trial for the murder of Alkis Kampanos and the injuries of his two friends, on the evening of February 1, 2022, in the Harilaou area.
The prosecutor of the MOD requested that all the defendants be declared guilty.
In detail, the prosecutor proposed the guilt:
Of the 1st for moral complicity in the murder of Alkis, in the attempted murders of AB and DK, in synergy in the serial murder, for fighting, for possession of an object that can cause bodily harm, for carrying a weapon
Of the 2nd for murder, attempted murder, collaboration in attempted murder, fight, possession of an object that can cause bodily harm, carrying and using a weapon
Of the 3rd for murder, attempted murder, aiding and abetting attempted murder, fighting, possession of an object capable of causing bodily harm, carrying and using a weapon
Of the 4th for murder, attempted murder, aiding and abetting attempted murder, affray, possession of an object capable of causing bodily harm, carrying and using a weapon
Of the 5th for murder, attempted murder, aiding and abetting attempted murder, affray, possession of an object capable of causing bodily harm, carrying and using a weapon
On the 6th for complicity in homicide and in both attempted homicides, fighting and carrying weapons
On the 7th for murder, attempted murder, aiding and abetting attempted murder, affray, possession of an object capable of causing bodily harm, carrying and using a weapon
On the 8th for complicity in homicide and in both attempted homicides, fighting and carrying weapons
