This cauliflower souffle is so simple to make, you only need 7 ingredients, it is made relatively quickly and it is extremely tasty.
It is also ideal for people who follow a gluten-free diet and will be the protagonist at any table, even with select guests!
Materials:
1 medium cauliflower head, cut into small pieces
1 cup raw cashews
Or cup of nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups / 500 ml vegetable broth (or water) *
1-2 teaspoons of salt
Implementation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a large pot of water to boil. There must be enough water in the pot to completely immerse the cauliflower. In the meantime, wash and cut the cauliflower head, dividing the bouquets into bite-sized pieces. You can add cauliflower leaves to the roast as well. Add the cauliflower to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, in a high speed blender, add the remaining ingredients (of the sauce) and mix until smooth. Try the sauce and adjust the spices accordingly. Place the cauliflower in a pan that holds all the cauliflower and pour over the sauce. Using the back of a spoon, squeeze the cauliflower down so that it is completely immersed in the sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve alone or with some bread and salad.
