“It has made my life black. I was 80 kilos and I melted. He does these things because he is crazy and takes drugs too. What I want is to kick him out of the house. I can’t take him anymore. I was calling for help. He understands very well. They don’t keep him in the mental hospital. I have him in my house and he’s constantly harassing me» testified the elderly woman.

Announcing the court’s verdict, the president, addressing the 48-year-old, said:You will go to the prison to calm down and there you will receive your treatment».

The sentence was not suspended as the defendant did not meet the requirements of the law, having consecutive convictions for similar or other acts, while previously serving time in prison.
