In the coming days, five former and current managers of OSE are expected to testify after the criminal prosecution brought against them last month by the appeals prosecutor
Within the next 15 days they are expected to appear at the Larissa Courthouse to testify to the appellant investigator which investigates the case of Tempos, five former and current managers of OSE following the criminal prosecution brought against them last month by the then head of the Larissa Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, Stamatis Daskalopoulos.
The beginning is today with the Director of the E/M Systems and Electrification Maintenance Directorate from 2021 until today and will be followed by the Director of the Railway Systems Directorate, from 1-10-2021 until today, the Director of the Railway Systems Directorate, from 1-4-2017 until 30-9-2021, the General Director of the General Directorate of the OSE Network, from 21-3-2017 until 15-11-2019 and the General Director of the same General Directorate, from 1-12-2019 until 1- 6-2020.
We remind that all five are charged for negligent continuous disruption of traffic safety, negligent serial homicide by omission, serial negligent grievous bodily harm by serial negligence, serial negligent simple bodily harm by omission.
