The fire that broke out earlier in a forest area in Loutraki, specifically in Kallithea Loutraki and Perachora Loutraki, is in progress. According to the vice-prefect of Corinth, the flames have reached the first houses.

Earlier, a message was sent from 112 to evacuate the areas of Kallithea, Pefkia, Irini as well as children’s camps that exist in the areas. Specifically, according to korinthostv, the Sportcamp camp is being evacuated as a precaution. The children are transported by buses to the Galanopoulos Indoor Gym.

An appeal is addressed through the mayor of Loutraki Giorgos Gionis that the settlement of Agios Charalambos be evacuated immediately and that all residents and visitors be removed from the surrounding areas.
