Relatives of tourists in Rhodes speak to the British tabloid about a scene of chaos

The Daily Mail tells of terrified British tourists stranded in Rhodes who are making urgent appeals for help after their hotels were evacuated.
The British tabloid reports that 30,000 people were freed from hotels and homes.

Relatives of Rhodes visitors appeal: Debbie Antione is desperate to find help for her daughter Kelly Nicholls after she was forced to flee her hotel with her family.
Mrs Antoine said: “My daughter Kell, her husband and two young children along with another family of four had to run for their lives from the hotel. They have walked for miles to escape and no one but the natives have given them a drink of water.’
Many tourists were forced to spend the night in schools and gyms as authorities worked out how to get them to safety, the Daily Mail reports.
Meanwhile, the British Foreign Secretary tweeted that the safety of British citizens is a top priority. He calls on the British in Rhodes to follow the instructions of the FCDO.
