The indictment for those arrested for the wild incidents in New Philadelphia is heavy which cost the life of an AEK fan.

In the end, 103 people were brought to the Athens prosecutor’s office, against whom prosecutions were brought for a multitude of criminal offenses and primarily for the crime of criminal organization.

However, still among those arrested the perpetrator or perpetrators have not been identified who killed the 29-year-old AEK sports fan during the incidents.

A total of 104 people are being prosecuted, as one of them is being treated in custody for serious crimes, among which are:

  • Intentional homicide
  • Explosion
  • Possession of explosives
  • Disturbing the public peace
  • Dangerous bodily harm, committed and attempted, jointly and severally
  • Deterioration of foreign property
  • Biofeasance (offense under sports law)
  • Illegal carrying of firearms
  • Weapon use
  • Possession of flares

In the meantime, the competent authorities are examining all the mobile phones of all the arrested persons that have been confiscated, while at the same time the genetic material and the videos are being examined with the aim of identifying the perpetrator of his murder Michalis Katsouri

So far, however, the killer weapon, the knife with which the murder was allegedly committed, has not been identified, although other knives have been found and are also being scrutinized by prosecutors and prosecutors.
