With two round loaves and a few more ingredients you can to make 15 small sandwiches with bacon, chicken and a very interesting mustard, honey and raspberry sauce.

What you will need:

  • 2 small, round loaves of bread
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1/2 cup of canned blueberries
  • 3 cups shredded roast chicken
  • 450 gr. bacon, sauteed
  • 450g cheddar cheese, cut into slices
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 4 large handfuls of baby spinach

How to make it:

  1. Using a knife, cut the top off each loaf. Only the top of the loaves so you can fill the bottom with the ingredients. Remove most of the frost in the center.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the mustard with the raspberry sauce. Spread a generous amount on the bottom of the bread. Save the remaining mustard for later.
  3. Press the chicken over the mustard. Then layer with the bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion and baby spinach. Press the ingredients to combine well.
  4. Cover with the top piece of bread and wrap very tightly with plastic wrap all over. A tip from the experts says that if you want you can put something heavy on it like a cast iron pan.
  5. Leave the bread for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, unwrap and cut into small portions, about 8 pieces per loaf.
  6. Serve with remaining raspberry mustard.
