as well as misdemeanors:
- disturbing the peace
- dangerous bodily harm, committed and attempted, jointly and severally
- deterioration of foreign property
- biopractice (offense under sports law)
- illegal carrying of weapons
- weapon use
- possession of flares
It should be noted that the criminal prosecution brought includes the crime of homicide against 29-year-old Michalis Katsouris, which at this stage has not been charged against any of the defendants, as the perpetrator of the crime has not yet been identified. According to police sources, out of the 105 total defendants for the murderous attack, 13 people have been put under the microscope of the authorities
They are 9 Croats, one person from Albania who was found in possession of a folding knife and 3 Greeks.
The investigations into the case are being carried out under the supervision of the head of the Athens Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, Maria Gane, who is in direct and constant communication with the First Instance prosecutors, in accordance with the order of the Supreme Court prosecutor.
