One was found in possession of a service pistol that had been stolen in April from a policeman’s house
They were arrested -3- nationals of DI.AS Group and O.P.K.E. for pointless shootings in area of Zephyrio
A 22-year-old citizen was arrested in the early hours of this morning (11/8) by the Immediate Action Police (DIAS Team) as part of the drive-by, accused of violating the law on weapons and theft.
In particular, following a signal from the Immediate Action Center for pointless shootings in the area of Zefirio, the above policemen identified the 22-year-old and in his possession were found and confiscated:
• a service pistol that was stolen in April from a policeman’s house,
• magazine and
• -12- cartridges.
At the same time, they were arrested, in the context of the car traffic, in the early hours of today (11/8) in Zefyri, by OPKE police officers. of the Attica Security Directorate, -2- citizens, 29 and 24 years old, accused of violating the weapons legislation.
Called police officers found the defendants inside a vehicle, with the 29-year-old shooting aimlessly.
From the search in their possession, inside and near the vehicle, the following were found and confiscated:
• pistol,
• magazine,
• -40- cartridges and
• -4- calyces.
Those arrested, with the case file filed against them by the Zephyri Security Department, were taken to the competent Prosecutor.
