  • Yellow pumpkin
  • 1 white onion

  • 1 sour apple
  • Coconut milk

Implementation: After frying the onion, add all the ingredients except the coconut milk to the pot. This dish combines the sweetness of the potato and the spicy taste of the spices. It is a simple and easy recipe and you can also prepare it as an appetizer at a table for friends. All you need is the following:

  • 3-4 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt Pepper
  • Paprika, Chili, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper
  • Parsley for garnish


After preheating the oven to 200 degrees, clean and cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces. Place them in a pan with the onions and lightly oil them. Bake for about 20 minutes until soft, then blend in a blender along with the vegetable stock, coconut milk and spices. If the blender does not fit all the ingredients together, mix them in portions as long as they contain an equal amount of liquids and solids to mix more easily.

Then you transfer the mixture to a large pan with a heavy bottom on medium heat. You will let it simmer for about 30 minutes and your soup will be ready to enjoy, after garnishing it with a few leaves of fresh parsley.
