Measures for the pandemic are relaxing from today – What applies to catering, entertainment

The new measures for the prevention of the spread of the pandemic will be implemented from today, which will be valid until next Monday, February 7 and provide for relaxation in terms of music in the mode of catering and entertainment that returns, but also in the hours that are released. The measures, published on Saturday in the Official Gazette, include regulations for the entry of citizens in public and public areas.

In particular, the demonstration is mandatory:

In public services, places of worship and churches:

vaccination certificate or

disease certificate or

– confirmation of a negative diagnostic test for COVID-19 coronavirus (PCR or rapid test).

Minors aged 4-17 years can alternatively submit a statement of negative self-diagnosis (self test).

Exceptions are provided for emergencies, in particular access to police stations.

Working in the Public Sector

Regarding the operation of public services, it is provided:

– The number of employees with telework is determined at a rate of up to 50%, based on the work plan of each service.

– The arrival of the employees takes place gradually, according to the service needs and the instructions of the competent Supervisor.

-The service of the public is preferably done, but not exclusively, after a scheduled appointment.

Private companies

-Operation with the necessary staff.

-Protection of employees belonging to groups at increased risk by providing teleworking or providing work in an area out of contact with the public, where possible.

– The percentage of employees with telework is determined by a decision of each employer, according to article 67 of law 4808/2021 (A ‘101) and up to a percentage of 50%.

– The arrival of employees is done gradually, according to the work needs and instructions of each employer.

-Public service only in urgent cases and by appointment, except for banks and cases in which an appointment can not be scheduled.

Education

· Lifelong educational function of all primary, secondary and special education units, except in areas affected by bad weather has been decided to remain closed:

· The realization of school excursions, didactic visits, school walks and educational visits is suspended in the event that the movement requires the use of any means of transport inside and outside the Territory.

· Conducting any form of educational process within the programs of α΄, β΄ and γ΄ of the study cycle of the HEIs, such as the teaching of courses, the conduct of seminars, the independent teaching of deepening courses in small groups of students, the laboratory exercises , clinical exercises and student internships are mandatory for life.

Live spectacles – stadiums

Operation of indoor areas (including stadiums) only for persons who have been vaccinated or ill during the last trimester.

Mandatory use of a mask by those who do not participate in the live show / audition scene.

Mandatory observance of a distance of 1.5 meters between the members of the choir.

· Especially the string musicians keep a distance of one meter between them, each using his own analogy.

Nightclubs including music venues and bars

-Operation exclusively for fully vaccinated or ill in the last trimester, with mandatory demonstration upon entry of customers: vaccination certificate or disease certificate.

Mandatory use of the mask by the staff, as well as by customers when arriving, leaving and moving inside the store.

-Special staff wear only high respiratory protection mask (FFP2 or N95) or alternatively double mask (surgical and fabric).

-Up to six people per table.

– The musicians keep a distance of at least one meter between them.

-Singers and professional dancers remain on the track during their performance and do not mix with the audience at the table seats.

Focus

Operation of companies that have an operating license for a store of health interest inside, exclusively for fully vaccinated or ill during the last quarter, only for those who are seated. In addition, it is provided:

-Up to 6 people per table.

– Disinfection of catalogs when customers rotate at the tables.

Mandatory use of a mask by the staff, as well as by customers when arriving, leaving and moving within the store.

-Special staff wear only high respiratory protection mask (FFP2 or N95) or alternatively double mask (surgical and fabric).

Measures for everyone

-Use of a protective mask:

(a) all indoor spaces, including workplaces, with the exception of those working in a private space without the presence of any other person;

b) in all outdoor areas, unless otherwise stated in specific protocols provided for in special provisions hereof.
