The Hellenic Open University is the 17th University Institution, whose graduates can from today issue an electronic copy of their degree through ptyxia.gov.gr.

A total of 72,000 E.A.P. degrees are available, which correspond to all the undergraduate and postgraduate degrees that have been awarded with a swearing-in date from the year 2004 until today.

The graduates of E.A.P. using their Taxisnet access codes, and their AMKA, they can issue a copy of their degree either by typing in the gov.gr search Higher Education Degrees, or directly at ptyxia.gov.gr.

The degree issued has a unique verification code, as well as the advanced electronic seal of gov.gr, and therefore those interested can send it electronically, but also print it, so that they can file it on paper.

The confirmation of the authenticity of the copy is carried out simply and quickly, through the verification application docs.gov.gr/validate by entering the unique verification code of the document.

In the coming days, it is expected that the diplomas will be included in the electronic notarization process with the seal of The Hague e-apostille.gov.gr, which will simplify the process for citizens who wish to send their diplomas abroad.

The data of citizens and educational qualifications are obtained through the Interoperability Center of the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Government of the Ministry of Digital Government.
