The 23-year-old man involved in the murder of 19-year-old Alkis Kampanos in Thessaloniki is facing a very serious indictment, while the investigations of the Hellenic Police continue intensively for the arrest of all his accomplices.
The laboratories of the Greek Police seem to have identified genetic material or fingerprints of the 23-year-old defendant as well as genetic material-blood of 19-year-old Alkis, in a wooden stick at the scene of the murderous attack. These are basic elements which, in essence, “tie” the accusations against the 23-year-old.
At the same time, the police are looking for central organization and guidance on the mobile phone of the 23-year-old defendant, who was found at the liaison. The 23-year-old had left his mobile phone at the link, an element which for the authorities shows preparation.
From the aforementioned mobile phone, data is retrieved in the forensic laboratories, in order to verify by the authorities whether before or after the murder of the unfortunate 19-year-old there were contacts or communications and some level of criminal organization that led to the murderous attack.
The 23-year-old, who was given a deadline to apologize for Alkis’s murder on Monday afternoon, denied any involvement in the case before the prosecutor, as he did before the police, but was not convinced as the prosecutor prosecuted her crime together. manslaughter with deceit and serial. Amid intense disapproval and anger of the people, he was taken to the courts of Thessaloniki yesterday morning.
The court, with the spontaneous procedure, has already sentenced the 23-year-old to 4 years and 3 months in prison, as well as a fine, for the findings found in a fan association, in the center of Thessaloniki.
At the same time, the police scanned the associations of organized fan groups (PAOK, Aris, Iraklis) with simultaneous operations throughout Thessaloniki. A total of 13 links were investigated in various areas of the urban complex. According to police, knives, iron fists, crowbars and other items were confiscated.
In connection with the findings, two liaison officers, 43 and 36 years old, were arrested.
What did the accused claim?
“I had access to the site, yes. A big one was in the area and I got the keys too. I do not know who else entered the area. We went with something familiar I do not know who else has the keys. I have no idea nor was I a member. One day it just happened and I got the keys. “I have nothing to do with anything,” said the 23-year-old defendant in the association’s case.
