The Independent Public Revenue Authority is launching a new, automatic, process for faster management of digital requests to start an individual business, processed by AADE through the “My Requests” platform on the digital portal myAADE.

Henceforth the citizen, when submitting his request, he will continue to choose his competent DOUaIf the new digital system detects the possibility of faster service from another DOU, the request is automatically routed to this DOU, regardless of its competence. The taxpayer is informed with a relevant e-mail message, so that at any time he knows the DOU that is processing his request.

If there is a special reason (eg need to access a specific file), the DOU that received it through digital routing, may return it for processing to the DOU of the original submission. In this case also the taxpayer is informed of the DOU that is processing his request.

This innovative management started with the requests related to the start of operations of natural persons and which are not served through the Single Digital Portal (SDP) Gov.gr, and will gradually be enriched with new procedures.
