The 16-year-old died who was being treated in the Red Cross ICU comatose after use drug cocktail from November 6. He was found at the beginning of the month, in a house in Byron without her illnesses. After the transfer of the 16-year-old to the hospital, the case was taken to Justice and concerns the action of a spiral of drug trafficking, among which the particularly dangerous mixture of “shisha” due to its toxicity, which has a very low price. Two of the five defendants have been sent to prison for the case. The remaining three had been released.

It is recalled that in the case, six people, including two minors, were arrested in the morning hours on November 14 by the Athens Security Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate, who were involved in a drug ring.

The members of the spiral led their victims to a house in Byron, while the drugs were stored in an abandoned building in Glyfada.

Against the owner of the warehouses, a case file was filed for the crime of supporting a criminal.

The prosecutor ordered the remand of two of the five defendants in the drug case of the 16-year-old girl in Byron. The five defendants pleaded guilty on November 20, giving their own versions of the case that left a 16-year-old girl hospitalized and fighting for her life.

Apart from the two who were remanded in custody, a man and a minor were released with a restrictive condition to appear in the AT while another young woman was released without conditions.

The sixth arrested, also a minor, was released on Friday by order of the prosecutor. All of them deny the accusations, while both remanded in custody deny that they administered the dangerous cocktail of substances to the 16-year-old.
