Criminal prosecution for a felony was brought against the three minors who allegedly robbed a high school vice-principal, in the area of ​​Kordelio-Evosmos.

In particular, the three arrested, aged 15, 16 and 17, are accused of robbery with complicity. They were referred to apologize to the 1st regular investigator. The fourth arrested, aged 36, after the criminal prosecution brought against him for accepting the proceeds of crime, was released after a regular trial was first set.

According to the indictment, at 12:10 p.m. on November 27, the three minors approached the 54-year-old and three other colleagues who were smoking outside the courtyard of the local High School and asked them what time the school break is. After 5 minutes the 54-year-old went to buy cigarettes from a nearby convenience store. Then the three minors approached him and started punching him while they grabbed a gold chain with a cross and a wedding ring from his neck.

While the victim was lying on the ground, an ELAS patrol happened to pass by and the policemen helped the teacher to get up and then identified and arrested the alleged perpetrators. The minors were identified by the victim.

A 36-year-old Albanian who is the uncle of one of the minors was then arrested and found to be in possession of the stolen goods.

In particular, as emerged from the police investigation, at midday yesterday (27/11) in the area of ​​Kordelios, the three young persons physically assaulting a 54-year-old citizen, removed from his possession a chain with a cross and a wedding ring.

Police officers of the Department of Prevention and Suppression of Crime located the latter and offered him first aid, while in a short period of time as part of searches they arrested the aforementioned.

The wedding ring that was removed was found in the possession of one, while the police investigation continued, they identified and arrested the 36-year-old (a relative of one of the minors) in whose possession the cross was found.

Those arrested will be taken to the competent judicial authorities, while the items taken were returned to the owner.
