Tonight, at 7:00 p.m., the imposing tree in Aristotelous Square will be illuminated – The festive atmosphere will be framed by the popular singer Yiannis Plutarchos with a unique concert
Thessaloniki is moving more and more to the rhythm of Christmas.
The Mayor of Thessaloniki Konstantinos Zervas tonight, at 7.00 pm, will light the imposing tree in Aristotelous Square for the holiday season.
The tree is 17 meters high and was transported from Paleochori, Halkidiki, to be decorated with 100,000 low-energy festive lanterns.
This festive atmosphere will be framed by the popular singer Giannis Plutarchos with a unique concert, in which he will perform all his great hits. He will be on stage with his children Giorgos Kakosaiou and Katerina Kakosaiou, while Dimitris Chrysochoidis will make a guest appearance.
The Masoutis company, in the context of the celebrations of its 47 years in the Greek market, celebrates and supports the festive events of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
The concert will take place with the support of the city radio PALMOS 96.5.
The entrance is free.
