During his apology today, Christos Kalogritsas referred in detail to how the money was secured to pay the letter of guarantee required to participate in the tender, while adding that then Minister Nikos Pappas was the “organizer” of the entire operation for the tender. with television licenses.

He also stated that Nikos Pappas was the one who closed the agreement with the Lebanese group CCC for the 3 million Euros, while he characterized the relevant agreement for the payment of trump cards as fictitious regarding Christos Kalogritsas himself.

He even added, according to the same information, that he made the complaints about the background of the tender and the involvement of Nikos Pappas in it, when the Lebanese group turned against him in court, claiming 3 million from a transaction that was fictitious and aimed at serving the plan of the then government to acquire a canal.

Regarding the possible involvement of other politicians in the background, in a relevant question of the investigator, Christos Kalogritsas answered that he “does not want to answer”, while in another question if he had agreed with some people before making the complaints, his answer was ” never with anyone and for any reason “.

However, with the completion of the apology, Kalogritsa, which lasted many hours (at least five hours) on Thursday, Nikos Pappas has been summoned to apologize, while the investigation into the much-discussed case of television licenses is completed before the end of the month.

The investigator is expected to submit her proposal to the Judicial Council, which will undertake to refer the case to a Special Court or not. In any case, if there is a referral, the trial is expected to start after Easter.

Prosecutor Touloupaki is accused

And while the case of the TV licenses is “running” and the possibility of a Special Court and in fact will soon be extremely probable, for Novartis and the scandal with the accusation of the ten politicians with only evidence of the testimonies of the protected witnesses, the interrogation is in full development.
