Paul’s Boutique pizzeria will have a new address. The house, which is a success in Itaim Bibi, opens a second unit in Bom Retiro, a neighborhood in the central region of São Paulo.
The branch operates under a soft opening system this Friday (22) and Saturday (23), from 6pm to 11pm. The menu has a 30% discount on dates.
The location follows the New York style and serves pizzas in thin, long slices, as well as whole discs, measuring 45 centimeters in diameter. The flagship flavor is the one that combines sweet corn, mozzarella, lemon cream, black pepper and parmesan.
A new addition is the topping that includes broccoli, sausage from chef Jefferson Rueda’s butcher’s shop, from A Casa do Porco, ricotta cream, mozzarella, red onion and parmesan. Prices start at R$13 per slice.
Paul’s was opened in February last year under the command of Paul Cho, formerly of Bráz Elettrica.
