The 24th “Career Days” event in Athens is organized by the Public Employment Service (DYPA)which will take place on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 January, at the Peristeri Exhibition Center (Dodekanisou 106, Peristeri, 12134), from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

More than 100 companies are going to participate in the two-day event, which have over 2,500 jobs, in a wide range of specialties and for all levels of education.

Job seekers will be able to:

– to chat directly, without a pre-arranged appointment, with business executives who are looking for staff,

– explore career development opportunities in different areas that interest them,

– to be informed about the range of available jobs and the specialties that are in the greatest demand from companies,

– to meet with specialized labor advisers and executives of the Service Unit for Medium and Large Enterprises (MEMME) and to be informed about the actions and services of DYPA.

Businesses looking for staff will be able to:

  • to meet with a large number of candidates to fill their vacancies,
  • conduct interviews and collect resumes from candidates and
  • to highlight to a very significant number of interested parties the possibilities of professional development provided by each company.

As stated in the relevant announcement, during the two days, DYPA will implement actions in the framework of the European Year of Skills, with the participation of teachers and students from the Vocational Schools (EPAS) of Apprenticeships, while those attending will have the opportunity to be informed about the relevant initiatives at a special stand.
