The 17-year-old prevented the police from pursuing her accomplice, resisted, abused and threatened the police
Incidental arrest of two minors occurred, yesterday afternoon, in the center of Thessaloniki.
Specifically, police officers of the White Tower Security Department, arrested a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old girl, as they were spotted in the city center riding a two-wheeled motorcycle, which had been stolen on December 29 last year.
It is worth noting that the 16-year-old initially ran awaybut the police managed to immobilize him and arrest him, while the 17-year-old, after first preventing the police officer from pursuing her accomplice, then strongly resisted, abused and threatened the police officers.
From the further investigation it emerged that the arrested person together with his peer, against whom a relevant case file was filed, committed the previous month in two burglaries of tattoo shops and a coffee shop, in the center of the city, where equipment and a sum of money were taken.
Those arrested will be taken to the competent Prosecutor, while the stolen motorcycle was returned to its owner.
