Serious accusations of murder and heaps of serious crimes which were carried out in the context of large “transnational character” of a criminal organization, are included in the prosecution brought by the prosecutor against those arrested as executors in executions of Yannis Skaftourou, Vassilis Roubetis and Dionysis Mouzakitis and in three attempts.

The public prosecutor brought criminal charges for a total of nine felony charges and 7 misdemeanor chargeswhich, as the case may be, are borne by the two expatriates involved in murderous actions, aged 39 and 21, but also at the expense of the third arrested person who is allegedly connected to one of the expatriateswho faces only misdemeanor charges.

The heavy indictment includes charges of criminal organizationmanslaughter, attempted murder, complicity in murder, robbery, armed robbery, arson, manufacture and possession of explosives and others.

According to the data of the prosecuting authorities, the two expatriates who seem to have been executing “contracts” are the natural perpetrators of the murders of Yannis Skaftouros and of double execution in Nightingale by Vassilis Roubetis and Dionysis Mouzakitis. They are also alleged to be protagonists in three assassination attempts, two of Sakftouros’s family and against a person in Catherine.

The charges against the third person arrested concern smuggling and illegal possession of weapons, as Kalashnikov magazines were found in his possession. He reportedly claims that he does not know any of his co-accused.

The three were referred to a regular investigator and after a deadline they received will apologize on Monday.
