The 56-year-old, who sexually abused, for at least 7 years, the minor daughter of his partner, in Kato Patisia, is being brought before the investigator today. He is accused of also blackmailing the now 15-year-old girl with obscene photos via apps.

The last time he sexually assaulted her was on January 13. The victim could not stand the nightmare she was living and spoke to her mother.

According to information from skai.gr, the 56-year-old allegedly raped the minor girl since she was 8 years old, taking advantage of the companionship he had developed with her mother.

In addition, having developed communication with her through online applications, at his own request, the minor sent him, on his mobile phone, a photo of her, depicting a naked part of her body, in a way that clearly causes sexual arousal.

On the order of the 35th Investigative Department of the Court of First Instance of Athens, a search was carried out at the house of the above arrested person to find evidence related to the case, and a number of digital evidences as well as an air gun were seized.

Criminal proceedings were brought against the 56-year-old and he was referred to the 35th Investigative Department of the Court of First Instance of Athens, from where the arrest warrant was issued.
