Free without restrictions the 26-year-old accused of placing “bed bug” in her two-year-old daughter’s stuffed toy to track her ex-husband.

Criminal charges were brought against her for violation of the privacy of telephone communication and oral conversation, amounting to a felony, an act for which she was asked to apologize to the 6th ordinary investigator of Thessaloniki.

The same – according to information – he admitted to doing the deed, which she justified by claiming that she found traces of injuries on her daughter. To substantiate this claim, she allegedly presented evidence, according to what her lawyer said.

“I did it to protect my child. I had findings of injuries, for which there is evidence. I realize the consequences of my actions but I had the problem, I wavered. I’m a mother and I have to protect it,” she reportedly apologized.

Prosecutor and investigator decided to release her without imposing restrictive conditions.

According to the previous complaint by her 29-year-old ex-husband, as soon as he received their minor child, based on a court order regulating communication issues, and went to his home, he found, among the child’s personal belongings, a stuffed doll, in which there was a carefully hidden and activated usb stick recording his private conversations.
