The positive and well-intentioned action of the municipal police is intended to prevent – in an informative way in the first instance – illegal parking. This effort is part of the Municipal authority’s commitment to return the city to its residents. We want to ensure that municipal public spaces are accessible to all. Therefore, at the same time as the implementation of the law, a change in mentality and education of citizens for proper road behavior is needed. The traffic problem is complex and related to decades of wrong practices. Its solution requires structural solutions that will radically change the culture and the way we move around the city.”
