The same regulation provides that:

In particular, the new remuneration framework is structured as follows:

The hourly wage for each shift, depending on its duration, is determined as follows:

a. For weekday duty until 10 p.m. the hourly rate for the corresponding hours of work.

b. For weekday night duty, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the hourly wage is increased by 15% for the corresponding hours of night work.

c. For day duty on Sundays and exceptional days, from 6 am to 10 pm, the hourly wage is increased by 25% for the corresponding hours of work.

d. For night duty on Sundays and exceptional days, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the hourly wage is increased by 30% for the corresponding hours of employment.

The above resulting total amounts of pay for seventeen hours or twenty-four hours of active duty, as the case may be, are increased by 31.80 euros.

The hourly wage of on-call staff is defined, per grade or level, as follows:

-Coordinating Director and University Professor, 8.90 euros.

-University Director and Associate Professor, eight euros and forty-six minutes (8.46 )

– Curator 1 and University Assistant Professor, 8.08 euros.

– Curator B’, Lecturer and qualified doctors who are paid with a uniform salary, 7.06 euros.

-Salary specialist, 5.38 euros.

e. To the doctors who serve with the rank of Director Coordinator in Zone 1 Hospitals and to the Directors of university clinical laboratories and units, to those doctors who serve with the rank of Director and are exempt from the obligation to participate in the on-call program, as well as to those doctors legally replace missing Coordinators Directors and Directors who fall under the scope of these provisions, instead of on-call compensation a monthly amount of 636 euros is paid. The absence of Directors and their legal deputies for official reasons, as long as it does not exceed fifteen days per month, does not affect the payment of on-call compensation. In case of absence for any other reason, this compensation is reduced accordingly.”

– As a maximum salary limit for the doctors of the E.S.Y. the amount corresponding to the final basic salary (M.K. 16) of the Coordinator Director is defined, multiplied by a factor of 2.163 (until now the amount was multiplied by a factor of 2.06).

The maximum salary limits do not include the fees of doctors from their participation in research programs financed by international or private resources of the research and technological bodies of E.L.K.E.A. of the Health Regions”.
