The 33-year-old was asked to apologize to an investigator who was accused by her ex-husband of illegally videotaping him with her mobile phone after a fight broke out between them.

The incident happened last Saturday in Thessaloniki, when the woman took her 2-year-old child to the home of her 35-year-old ex-husband and father of the minor, based on a court order regulating communication issues.

At the expense of the 33-year-old was prosecuted for violation of the privacy of telephone communication and oral conversation, in the degree of a felony.

With the consent of the prosecutor and the investigator, she was released without restrictive conditions, with the accused – according to information – apologizing that the video recording was “means of defense”because the 35-year-old tried to drive her out of the house, exhibiting violent behavior towards her.

For the event, herself she reported the ex-husband for domestic violence and threatsas well as for violating a court decision, with the consequence that he will also be arrested and referred to the three-member Misdemeanor Court with the automatic procedure.
