There is no end to the revelations in the case of the 14-year-old in Mylopotamos Rethymnowho in her most tender age lived the nightmare at the hands of at least 12 men – Greeks and foreigners – who, for money, molested her body.

As if this were not enough, the family tragedy that was revealed and concerns the suicide of her father, came to be added to the puzzle of revelations, but also to give a new dimension to the case.

According to police sources, her 50-year-old father, who also had custody of the minor, as he is separated from her foreign mother, mysteriously disappears. The next day he is declared missing, a missing alert is issued and investigations begin in the wider area of ​​Mylopotamos.

Two days after his disappearance, he is found dead in his car in a deserted area. Inside the car, the police find an open gas cylinder, while all the evidence suggests that the 50-year-old ended his life in this horrible way. Both from an investigation carried out at his house and in the car that allegedly ended his life, no note was found explaining his act and this is the reason why the file remains open, as the policeman characteristically tells dealing with the case.

He found out about the nightmare his daughter was living, did he feel responsible as he had custody? Did an incident happen that the authorities still don’t know about and put an end to his life? These are the two questions that the police authorities are trying to answer in order to solve the puzzle of the 50-year-old’s case.

Regarding the 12 men who, according to the case file, were involved in 14 years oldit is a matter of hours before they are called for explanations by the prosecutor.

Already one of them, a 38-year-old Pakistani citizen who played a pivotal role in the shocking case, has been remanded in custody.
