A criminal prosecution for manslaughter by negligence, and common dangerous damage by negligence by omission, was brought by the Deputy Prosecutor of Larissa Criminal Courts on the occasion of the death of the 22-year-old student, Nikolas Bitsakis, in Larissa in February 2022 when he was crushed by a wall of a house.
