A giant pitogiro in the shape of a bouquet, with everything: onion, potatoes, tomato and plenty of tzatziki for… passionate kisses
“Love goes through the stomach” and this steakhouse in Crete knows it very well. That’s why he made one delicious bouquet… pitogyrou.
“Roses are good too, but they can’t be eaten”, is the motto of the steakhouse in Heraklion, Crete, which gives its customers the ultimate treat for Valentine’s Day.
One pitogiro giant in the shape of a bouquet, with all of: onion, potatoes, tomato and plenty of tzatziki for… passionate kisses.
The steakhouse’s round bouquet pie weighs approx 8.5 kgis equivalent to about 25 simple pitogiras and is enough to feed 10 people or five couples if we do it in pairs.
“February 14 is Valentine’s Day and we want to share with you a story that fills us with pride. A few years ago, we inspired her pie round bouquet, a unique combination of flavors and aesthetics, which gave new life to a widespread symbol of Greek gastronomy. And now, we are happy to see that this idea has become loved and famous, especially for Valentine’s Day. This day is an opportunity to express our gratitude to all of you who support us and give us the impetus to continue our work. The gyro bouquet pie is a way for us to thank you and share love and flavors with you,” the owners wrote on their Facebook page.
