In mobilization groups of farmers from Grevena, Voio and Kozani also participated, responding to the call of their Coordinating Committee.
The main demands of the farmers as described by Dimitris Moschos, head of the block of Argos Orestiko, Kastoria, are “the cost of production, the precision that plagues the entire chain of agricultural supplies, the the production and the uncontrolled installations of huge photovoltaic parks in recognized pastures with adverse effects on the grazing of the herds “.
Mr. Moschos in the meeting that took place with the Regional Governor George Kasapidis requested the immediate meeting of the Regional Council with the sole issue of the survival of the agricultural and livestock sector.
