Tomorrow, the last two defendants will be excused for the indecent acts against minors
Four more people apologized today before the Rethymnon Investigator for the case of sexual exploitation of the 15-year-old girl in Mylopotamos.
These are four young men, accused of indecent acts with a minor, who after completing their apologies were released with restrictive conditions, the ban on leaving the country and appearing at the police station.
Tomorrow, Friday, the last two defendants, who are also being prosecuted on the charge of sexual intercourse with a minor, will be excused.
Yesterday, three young men who are being prosecuted for the rape of a minor were sentenced to pre-trial detention.
There are a total of 5 people, who were remanded in custody for the case among the total of 12 accused. A 22-year-old and a 38-year-old Pakistani man were previously detained.
In the meantime, a 27-year-old man, also from Mylopotamos, who allegedly had a relationship with the girl, has been released with restrictive conditions, a fact he pleaded. He was imposed the restrictive conditions of appearing at the police station and the ban on leaving the country.
This is a case, which the Rethymno Security Sub-Directorate has been investigating for months, after an anonymous complaint to “Smile of the Child” and the sexual abuse of the 15-year-old was established by 12 people, who are accountable to justice.
