Local rains and sporadic thunderstorms are expected today in western Greece according to the latest weather forecasts.

The effects may be intense in places. Local snowfall in the mountains. In the rest of the country, light clouds are expected that will gradually thicken and there will be local rains in the north and from the afternoon in the eastern mainland.

Visibility in the morning will be locally limited and fog will form.

The winds will blow from south 3 to 5, in the Ionian 6 and temporarily locally 7 Beaufort. Meteorological conditions favor the transport of African dust.
The temperature will rise slightly. It will reach 13 to 14 degrees in the north, 15 to 17 in the rest of the mainland and 16 to 17 degrees Celsius in the island country.
