The episode happened on Monday morning in a school complex in Volos, where a high school and a high school are located together, and resulted in the injury and transfer of two students to the hospital for first aid. For the incident, the Directorate of Secondary Education asked the directors of the two co-located schools to take legal action against everyone responsible and ordered an EDE for any omissions.

According to what became known, a High School student crossed the High School zone in the school yard and entered the High School area, as a result of which he was reprimanded by a High School student, who also informed the vice principal.
The reprimand disturbed the Middle School student who alerted two of his extracurricular friends, who went to the school, managed to get into the courtyard to demand an explanation from the High School student.

The extracurriculars hit him on the head while another student who stepped in the middle to separate them was hit in the eye.
The head of Secondary Education, Sokratis Savelidis, stated that “all the prescribed procedures have been initiated to investigate the incident, while the Ministry of Education has also been informed”.
